Cultivating JEDI Servant Community Leaders
JEDI Leadership Development Training
We all can make an impact in our communities by stepping up and standing out against injustice and inequality. Through interactive learning and deep introspection, participants gain the knowledge and tools for community, professional, and personal development to be better, more inclusive servants.
Our JEDI leadership training is built on four foundational leadership principles: servant leadership, community building, reconciliation, and restorative justice.
Our Offerings
Our JEDI leadership training is pre-designed based on our four focus areas, servant leadership, inclusive community building, reconciliation, and restorative justice, but we can customize them by request. The training fee will be based on organizational needs, size, and structure. We also offer justice education talks for retreats, conferences, meetings, and other related events.

Our Focuses
-
Servant Leadership
We lead by setting an example for others to emulate, and to be effective, that example must be rooted in service. Through this training, participants explore their intrinsic values, identify their intentions, assess their communities, and map goals to serve their communities. Competencies include value alignment, needs assessment, relationship building, and goal setting.
-
Inclusive Communities
Building an inclusive community starts with intentional introspective analysis. Participants will develop a better awareness of their self-perceptions, identify barriers that hinder their empathy, and understand how to build communities rooted in belonging. Competencies include self-awareness, cultural competence, and effective collaboration.
-
Reconciliation
To reconcile is to heal or mend what’s broken. Through this training, participants learn key skills and concepts to reconcile our relationship with ourselves, others, and our environment. Competencies include self-healing, conflict management, effective communication, emotional intelligence, and initiative.
-
Restorative Justice
Restorative justice repairs the injustice done to the victim through accountability, rehabilitation, and reparation. Participants will identify social harms, navigate conflict management, and develop equitable solutions. Competencies include conflict resolution, problem solving, and critical thinking.
