Who we are
AgQuity Solutions (AgQuity) is a worker-owned social enterprise consulting firm committed to and rooted in racial reconciliation, inclusive communities, and restorative justice. As a social enterprise, we prioritize our social objective and impact over profits, primarily shared through our worker patronage program and reinvested into the communities we serve. Our social objective is to work with businesses, governments, nonprofits, coalitions, movement leaders, and other institutions and organizations to improve the conditions of those historically underserved within the food, natural resources, and agriculture sectors.

Public policies, governmental services, and institutions have historically underserved and excluded Black and Brown land stewards and their communities. We envision new food, agricultural, and environmental systems rooted in stewardship, community, and cooperation with love for the land, natural resources, and all people. We advance universal goals through targeted solutions to bridge the disconnection between land, food, agriculture, and natural resources sectors, and those historically underserved and excluded from public policies, government services, and institutions.
